We are looking for a skilled part-time UI/UX Designer to join our team and lead the design of our digital platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences and visually captivating interfaces. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with a deep understanding of user needs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate our brand vision into engaging digital experiences that resonate with our audience. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business objectives and user requirements.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts and interactions effectively.
• Design elegant and intuitive user interfaces that reflect the Kathy Kuo Home brand and elevate the shopping experience.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and evolving business needs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of design implementations and provide support during the development process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work in e-commerce or digital retail.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research methodologies, analytics and usability testing.
• Experience designing mobile e-commerce experiences and responsive design
