Are you a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant ready to join a growing, patient-centered dental practice? At Dream Dental, we’re looking for a reliable and energetic Dental Assistant to support our team and help our patients feel right at home. If you’ve got a great chairside manner and at least 3 years of experience, we’d love to meet you!

Your Work Schedule
Mon & Fri: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Tue, Wed, Thu: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

1–2 Saturdays/month: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

? You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
3+ years of dental assisting experience (required)

Radiology certification (preferred)

Strong communication and chairside skills

A dependable, upbeat attitude

CPR & X-ray certification (required per TN regulations)

State-required license: CDA, RDA, or EFDA (if applicable)

Requirements:

Education and Training

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one-year related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession.
Valid X-ray certificate.
Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements).
CPR & first aid certificate.

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Reports to: Operations Manager
