Job Title: HR System Specialist
Schedule: Hybrid (3:2 until September than 4:1 (Monday - Thursday in the office and home Friday)
Working hours: 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

Responsibilities
Role/Responsibilities:
Systems Administration
- Create tailored self-registration and welcome pages in LMS for employees and customers
- Maintain learning system reports, special requests, and relationships with subject matter experts
- Launch e-learning programs in LMS portals
- Identify and collect training related analytics
- Use learning system functionality to run surveys
- Automate processes between the LMS platform, company AF, and various vendors.
- Support learning system standards, policies, procedures, and documentation
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including procedures, system specifications, technical documentation, training materials, and user manuals for all training products including our learning systems
- Serve as the subject matter expert on functionality and capabilities of all learning systems
- Ensure accurate and timely administration of all learning system transactions, including tasks such as assignment profiles, curriculum management, learning item creation, scheduled offering entry
- Provide learning system training and support to trainers, employees, and customers
- Research and resolve learning system functionality issues; support online course troubleshooting
- Support attendance data and tracking
- Support online course testing, upload, and maintenance in our learning systems
- Produce timely and accurate training attendance status report updates to the business
- Manage the customer service inbox and phone calls to troubleshoot and resolve issues and requests related to learning systems
- Support business users in the use of the learning management system
- Verify, submit and track system bugs/application issues to ensure prompt resolution
- Work with Instructional Designers and L&D team to manage the release process for new course offerings and updates to existing offerings
- Participate in Integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all training products by creating test cases and tests across multiple platforms
- Support Learning Coordinator in the deployment of compliance courses.
- Assist in supporting implementation and client support members in client issues pertaining to the learning systems.
- Support 3rd party hosted content on learning systems
- Research and evaluate new and different technologies for the delivery of instructional and interactive programs and courses
- Create course instructions and communicate them with the course attendees
- Provide timely and accurate communication on all program-related inquiries with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide support services for other learning projects as assigned
- Provide support by managing and reporting the in-person training and virtual ILT
- Strategic insight regarding learning technology platform integration
- Provide strategic insight and support for learning technology platforms across the organization
- Work with owners of other contractor related platforms to identify areas of integration with learning systems
- Liaise with the HRIS team to ensure Workday is effectively interacting with our learning platforms
- Contribute to the adoption of learning through our platforms by identifying user entry points and connecting people to our learning systems
- Identify best uses for the systems by understanding and communicating our platform’s features as well as limitations
- Work with our learning system vendor partners to create custom solutions to projects requested from the business
- Use data to apply predictive analysis between learner behaviors and employee/functional/job level trends within the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Business or related field Preferred
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience as a learning system administrator Required
- Experience in developing QA test plans/UAT testing Required
- Experience in business process development Required
- 2-4 years of experience as a learning system administrator Required
- Experience in the use of Learning Management Systems Preferred
Essential Skills (“Must have”)
- Must be skilled in working with databases (e.g., Learning Management System, PeopleSoft, Docebo, LinkedIn Learning), reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel (e.g., use of pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Demonstrated proficiency in CSOD / LMS Administration
- Proficiency in Eloqua preferred
- HTML and Graphic design tools
