Location
This is a hybrid position with headquarters in Armonk, NY. Periodic travel is required for clients, prospects, and conferences, including on-site video shoots.
The Role
This role will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on video content, for our agency and its diverse client portfolio. This position requires a detail-oriented, creative, and analytical professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment across all digital channels, particularly through dynamic visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including web, email, social media, paid advertising, and video channels.
· Create, shoot, and edit engaging video content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising campaigns, ensuring brand voice and consistency.
· Coordinate and assist in implementing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall integrated marketing plans.
· Oversee the full video production lifecycle, from concept and storyboarding to filming, editing, and post-production.
· Create, source, and edit other digital content, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates, maintaining brand voice and consistency.
· Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Agency Analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
· Support SEO and SEM initiatives to enhance online visibility and drive targeted traffic.
· Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices for digital marketing and video marketing strategies.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, film/video production, or a related field.
· 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or integrated marketing coordination.
· Proven experience in video editing and production, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
· Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
· Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMRush, Sprout Social, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
· Understanding of digital marketing principles, current trends, and best practices, especially concerning video content.
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
· Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
