McDonald’s Senior Director, Talent Strategy & Design is a key member of the Global Talent Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Global Talent Lead and providing thought leadership for our Talent strategy and toolkit. The role leads a team which listens closely to our business, shaping and refining effective Talent tools to build our performance and power business transformation and growth. The role is a strategic advisor to the global Senior Leadership Team, accountable for driving the enterprise Talent strategy upskilling leadership in Talent, building the enterprise pipeline and driving employee engagement. This role is ideal for a commercially minded Talent professional who enjoys bringing professional expertise in concept and theory to solve tangible business issues and add value. As the McDonald’s business transforms and grows this role will be central to putting Talent programs and solutions in place which grow our pipeline and build our future. The role will be highly collaborative and require strong influencing, project management and data fluency skills to move the Talent agenda forward.
