Guide Applications: Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Communicate Effectively: Keep all parties informed of loan status and exceed expectations.
Build Relationships: Seek opportunities to retain and develop new clients.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

NMLS License: Active NMLS License required.
Loan Knowledge: Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, and Non-QM loan products.
Mortgage Expertise: Understanding of mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of residential mortgage lending experience with a focus on self-sourced business (preferred).
