Job Title: Training Administrator - LMS Location: Sacramento, CA 95817 Duration: Contract 6+ Months Job Mode: On-Site Pay rate: $40.00/hour on W2 without benefits Shift hours: Monday through Friday regular shift time Summary: The department's Career Development and Learning department is seeking a training coordinator to support LMS (Learning Management System) training administration, Help Desk technical support, and general training administration. Role & Responsibilities: LMS Training Administration: Manage and oversee the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that all training modules are correctly uploaded, organized, and accessible to employees. Schedule training sessions, enroll employees, confirm attendance, and manage cancellations and rescheduling. Maintain records of employee training progress, compliance, and completions, ensuring mandatory training requirements are met. Assist employees with LMS technical issues, providing guidance on accessing and navigating training modules. Use ServiceNow to document training requests and manage workflows. Help Desk Technical Support: Serve as the primary contact for employees facing technical issues with LMS or related systems. Provide troubleshooting support for issues reported via help desk tickets or inquiries to minimize training disruptions. Log and track support requests in ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution. Create knowledge base articles in ServiceNow for common issues and self-service troubleshooting. Training Administration: Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual training sessions, including venue booking, technology setup, and material preparation. Collaborate with trainers to align session content with organizational goals and employee development. Collect and report feedback from training participants to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvements. Prepare reports on training participation, completion, and feedback to support continuous improvement. Utilize ServiceNow for reporting and analytics on training effectiveness and employee engagement. Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of responsible paraprofessional administrative experience, including coordinating and performing analytical and administrative tasks, drafting business correspondence and reports, data compilation and reporting, financial analysis, budget coordination, personnel administration, and organizational evaluation. #J-18808-Ljbffr DaVita
