Job Description

Position Summary:

As Plant Manager this position is responsible for overseeing all daily operations and cost-effective management of resources. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of corrugated packaging processes and equipment.

The Plant Manager will be responsible for:

• Supervising and overseeing Production Managers/Supervisors in all aspects of operations specifically- quality, safety, and production.
• Maintain a safe/clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on control points, equipment, and resources all while maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Manage budgets and control costs to achieve financial targets.
• Written communication upward, downward, and across the organizational chart.
• Identifying waste in the manufacturing process and directing site personnel to optimize cost and performance while influencing the bottom line.

The Plant Manager should have the following Qualifications:

• 8+ years of plant management or other relevant manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in corrugated packaging/ converting is ideal.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
