About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative People & Places Operations Partner to support HR operations and data management across the employee lifecycle. This role will report to the People & Places Operations and Compliance Lead and will be instrumental in maintaining HR data accuracy, supporting process compliance, and helping to improve operational efficiency through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR data across systems such as Workday, ADP, and PeopleSoft.
  • Accurately process employee lifecycle events (new hires, rehires, internal transfers, terminations, leaves of absence), ensuring timely updates across platforms.
  • Perform routine audits and data reconciliations to ensure system integrity and accuracy.
  • Respond to employee inquiries via the HR ticketing system and shared inbox, providing tier 1 support.
  • Conduct data analysis and validation using Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs) and other tools.
  • Train and support managers and HR partners on system functionality, process adherence, and data management best practices.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Contribute to ad hoc HR projects and operational initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR data management roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR data governance, policies, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive employee data.
  • Proficient in Excel and HR systems such as Workday, ADP, and/or PeopleSoft.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and at all levels of the organization.
