Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description

We are seeking a motivated General Production Worker to assist in various parts of our production process. This role involves machine operating, including running Disa Mold Machines and using small hand grinders to grind parts. You will be responsible for loading and unloading machines, packing sand into molds for casting metal parts, and ensuring the quality of products produced. Additionally, you will assist in other areas as needed throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with Disa Mold Machines.
• Use small hand grinders for part grinding.
• Load and unload machines efficiently.
• Pack sand into molds for casting metal parts.
• Ensure the quality of products being produced.
• Assist in various other production areas as needed.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of consistent work history.
• Experience within foundry, steel, or metal industries.

Work Environment

Our facility operates on two shifts: 1st shift from 5am to 2:30pm and 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 12pm. The work environment is a foundry setting, which is hotter than average, requiring appropriate foundry PPE.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.74 - $21.74/hr.
