Location : Remote (Arizona-based)
Qualifications :

• Valid certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) in Arizona.
• Experience working with students with visual impairments (previous virtual teaching experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of assistive technologies and tools used in the education of students with visual impairments.
• fortable using virtual munication tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).
• Excellent munication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple student needs in a virtual setting.

Position Overview :
Soliant is seeking a skilled and passionate Virtual Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, remote position designed to support students in Arizona with visual impairments. As a Virtual TVI, you will use technology to deliver specialized instruction and provide meaningful educational experiences for students, helping them achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct instruction to students with visual impairments, adapting lessons to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Assess students' visual impairments and provide guidance on assistive technologies and acmodations.
• Utilize virtual platforms and tools to deliver interactive and engaging lessons.
• Maintain clear and consistent munication with students, parents, and school administrators.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed to ensure optimal learning outes.
• Participate in virtual meetings, professional development, and training sessions as required.
