About The Role:

As a Client Success Partner, you'll be at the heart of our client relationships, ensuring that our customers receive world-class service from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for managing key client interactions, helping them navigate the Predictive Index program, and driving the success of their Talent Optimization initiatives. Your efforts will directly impact the longevity and quality of our client relationships.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Client Onboarding : Facilitate the implementation process, ensuring smooth account setup and providing engaging software demonstrations to Champions and Key Contacts.
  • Client Support & Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to client inquiries, troubleshoot challenges, and resolve issues with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. For more complex issues, collaborate with Consultants.
  • Service Improvement: Continuously recommend and implement improvements to client processes and protocols based on your understanding of the Predictive Index program and Talent Optimization best practices.
  • Engage with Clients Regularly: Execute a structured, proactive outbound communication plan to ensure clients feel supported and informed, whether through phone calls or email.

Key Attributes:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (preferred, recent grads are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a solutions-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

  • 401(k) and 401(k) matching (Eligible after 1 year of service)
