Join a leading travel company specializing in luxury golf and travel experiences, this company has a strong presence among top private country clubs in the U.S. They are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join their team in Chapel Hill, NC over the summer period.

Your New Role

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the team, primarily focused on processing incoming information requests.

Responsibilities include:

• Entering data from online requests (names, addresses, and request details)
• Assembling and preparing mailings or digital communications for distribution
• Assisting with additional projects based on your interests and skills

The position offers a flexible yet consistent schedule of 16–20 hours per week, ideally spread across two full days or three half-days.

This is a fully onsite role based in their Chapel Hill office, and is a temporary opportunity expected to run throughout the summer months.
